Vino Toscano Bianco IGT

Obtained from grapes of Tuscan Malvasia, white Malvasia, Tuscan Trebbiano, Biancame and White Grechetto (in Montepulciano it is called the “Pulcinculo”) grapevines.
Yellow gold colour, floral bouquet, without clarifications and filtrations.

 Characteristics of the Land and Planting
Medium-density soil of Pliocene origin. GUYOT system of planting
The vineyards were planted in various years 1963, 1999, 2012 and 2017 with a density of 2200-2400 plants per hectare.
The yield per hectare, according to regulation, is 160 quintals

Method of harvesting and vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, put into crates, and are immediately brought to the cellar for destemming.
Spontaneous and natural fermentation without addition of yeasts, continuous fermentation for around 35 days.

Vinified and aged in vitrified cement and steel tanks

From 13% to14% VOL depending on the year
